Rates for Bay Cottage

Off Season (November 1st - March 31st)

$85.00 per night Sunday - Thursday
$110.00 per night Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays
$550.00 per week

Peak Season (May 1st - September 30th) and Holidays

$150.00 per night
$900.00 per week (7 nights for the price of 6 - discount to be given at check-in)

Pre and Post Season Specials

October "Fall into Fall" special and April "Spring into Spring" special - $110 per night for any night (double occupancy)
$660 per week (7 nights for the price of 6 - discount to be given at check-in)

Reservation Policy

• Reservations will be held by credit card or check for the equivalent of two nights or 1/2 your stay - whichever is greater. Example: A 6 night reservation requires a 3 night deposit.
• Peak Season (May 1st - September 30th) and Holidays - TWO NIGHT MINIMUM stay required.
• When you book your reservation by clicking the secure Reservations and Availability Calendar button (through RezOvation.com) for a two day stay, your credit card statement will show two charges, one for each night.
• Please call for availability and rates for one week or longer stays or multiple cottage rentals.
• Rates based on double occupancy and does not reflect tax of 10.4%.
• Additional guests $10.00 per night per person.
• To insure your reservation with a check, it must be received within one week of your reservation request.
• Guests staying with children under 16 will be charged a $100 refundable damage deposit.
• Canadian checks must CLEARLY state "US Funds"

Cancellation Policy

• Peak Season (May 1st - September 30th and Holidays) cancellations require a 30 day notice prior to your reservation date.
• The month of October and off Season (November 1st - April 30th) cancellations require a one week notice.
• If cancellations are not made within times mentioned, 1/2 of your deposit will be forfeited.
• If your cancelled reservation can be rebooked by another guest, then the remainder of your deposit will gladly be refunded.
